Details When Cleaning the Nozzle of Transfer Film Machine?

In daily DTF printing work, the Transfer Film Machine occasionally encounter the problem of nozzle ink blockage. Today, SUBLICOOL Digital will explain to you some improper operations when cleaning the nozzle. Incorrect operation will cause the nozzle to be damaged, thus affecting the entire working progress of the DTF printer.

1. Do not immerse the nozzle in the cleaning liquid.

Because the cleaning liquid has a certain corrosiveness, the correct operation is to add an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid into the nozzle for cleaning. Do not use unqualified cleaning liquid, which will corrode the nozzle.

2. Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean the DTF printhead for a long time.

Follow the normal way to maintain the Transfer Film Machine nozzle. Because ultrasound has a bad effect on the nozzle. If the nozzle is seriously blocked, you can use ultrasonic cleaning for about 3 minutes. If it is not cleaned at one time, you can wait for the nozzle to cool down to normal state before cleaning again.

3. Do not use external force to adjust the position of the nozzle.

The positions of the nozzles are all standardized. Whether it is replacement or adjustment, it must be in accordance with the standards and no external force should be applied.

4. Do not fill pet film printing machine inks of different batches at will, and do not use unqualified inks. Because the mixing of inks with different formulas will change the color and quality of the ink, and inferior inks will affect the actual printing effect and clog the nozzles.
