UV DTF 3D LOGO Labels have a three-dimensional outline, a full shape, a unique touch, and are soft, conformable, and durable and washable. Many people are interested in 3D labels, but aren’t very familiar with the associated consumables. Let’s discuss these consumables. They can be categorized by material as follows:

-
Silicone film
Material characteristics: Soft and elastic, with a perfect skin feel and a fantastic feel! Its most significant features are its excellent feel, stretchability, and strong support.
-
PU material
Material characteristics: It’s somewhat similar to silicone in softness, but not as flexible as silicone, and its support is inferior.
-
TPU material (gold, silver)
Material characteristics: Compared to other materials, it’s thicker, resistant to folding and low temperatures, and has excellent support. It can create a gold or silver effect.
-
PVC material
Material characteristics: The material is relatively flat. It can withstand folding at room temperature, but not at low temperatures. It also offers good support and is less prone to warping.

How do you make a 3D label? What’s the specific process? It’s actually quite simple.
- First, use a UV DTF transfer printer to print the design onto our specialized silicone film. After printing, a remarkably three-dimensional, soft-touch 3D logo will appear.
- Use a film cutter to cut the design to the desired shape.
- Tear off the design and place it on the substrate you want to transfer it to. For example, for a T-shirt, place a layer of heat-insulating transfer film on top. Using a press at 160°C, the transfer takes only 15 seconds, resulting in a T-shirt with a vibrant, three-dimensional logo.
