Print head maintenance
The nozzles of the UV flatbed printer need to be cleaned well. We require doing preparatory work before cleaning. The rear compartment where the nozzles of the print head of the universal printer are located also includes a nozzle-driving circuit board. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of protecting the drive circuit board and wrapping the second half of the warehouse with the usual plastic wrap. The first step is to soak, prepare a small flat plate, and place the nozzle flat on the plate. Then pour the universal printer’s special cleaning solution into the plate, the depth is based on just submerging the nozzle part. Be careful not to splash water on the cable plug and driver board, the first wet time is about one hour.
The second step is cleaning. First, use a damp cloth to gently absorb the water stains on the nozzle. Do not wipe the nozzle at the bottom of the nozzle. Repeat the process to clean all print heads. We should use a new clean cloth to wipe each applicator. If something nozzles the clogged, heat the distilled water slightly and put a small amount on the plate. Then stand the nozzle upright in warm water.
