Classification	Feature
80-170um Soft DTF Powder	Soft DTF Powder easy to melt, soft and smooth after transfer, suitable for smooth and flat fabrics, such as T-shirts, sweaters, sweaters, polo shirts.
120-250um Rough DTF Powder	Rough DTF Powder easy to melt and suit for rough fabrics, such as denim, non-woven fabrics, and linen.
Stretch Resistant DTF Powder	Stretch Resistant DTF Powder very easy to melt, the transfer finished product is stretch-resistant, its really good for stretch fabrics.
Anti-sublimation DTF powder	Anti-sublimation DTF Powderis more suitable for Dark fabrics, White powder for Light ones. It is best to mix it with the standard white DTF powder to improve washability.
Highly Breathable DTF powder	Highly Breathable DTF Powder provides a more breathable print with a smooth feel and softness .

Recommendation:

When use the DTF holt melt powder, time and temperature will vary depending on the brand and model of the oven, heat press or heat gun used.

About Curing:

Oven - 200-230°F (90-110°C) for 2 to 3 min Heat press - Hover 1-2cm away at 356°F (180°C) for about 1 min.

About Transfer:

Heat press - 329°F (165°C) for about 10-15 seconds.

Process to using the powder:

Print the image onto the matte side of film in mirror mode.
Apply Ecofreen hot melt powder evenly and remove the excess powder
Solidify the powder at 160C for about 2 minutes or until melted. At first it will become sparkling. Then it will melt and form a flat surface.
Transfer the image by heat press at 284°F for 15sec with medium pressure
Cold Peel (remove the film gently)
