Sportswear:

Due to the use of special sublimation inks, fabrics processed using this method retain their original breathability and quick-drying properties. They also boast vibrant colors and are durable, making them suitable for a wide range of sportswear applications.

Fashion Printed Apparel:

Sublimation printing utilizes digital printing, requiring minimal processing steps, offering fast production speeds and a high degree of customizability. This allows for rapid design and production of printed apparel, meeting the aesthetic needs of diverse consumers.

Eco-Friendly Cloth Bags:

Due to the high degree of customizability of graphics and text, this method is ideal for products such as eco-friendly cloth bags.

Throw Pillows:

Sublimation printing creates patterns comparable to high-definition photographs, is durable to fading, and is washable and wear-resistant. Create unique, personalized products based on your favorite photos or designs.

Advertising and Decorative Paintings:

Because the design is transferred onto fabric, it is wash-resistant, has high colorfastness, and can be used and preserved for long periods of time, making it ideal for applications such as outdoor advertising and decorative paintings.

Gloves:

Thanks to the sublimation properties of dye-sublimation ink, the transfer process does not add any additional feel to the fabric and ensures the fabric’s inherent breathability.

Compound Labels (Dye-Sublimation Transfer + Screen Printing):

Dye-sublimation transfer offers high image precision, rich, vibrant colors, and excellent colorfastness, while screen printing provides a unique layered effect. Combining the strengths of both creates a more personalized label.

Notes:  The fabric is based on 100% polyester. The presence of other ingredients may affect colorfastness. Waterproofing of the fabric may also affect colorfastness. As a characteristic of dye-sublimation transfer printing, color variations may occur within the same batch. The fineness of the image depends on the printing precision. Higher precision results in slower printing speeds, so the appropriate image precision should be selected based on your needs.
