1.Try to print centrally
When using the piezoelectric digital printing machine, the bad thing is to print every few minutes. If you need to print a lot of things, I suggest you print the things you need to print together. Because every time the machine starts, it is necessary to clean the print head, initialize the printer and fill the ink delivery system with ink. This process will waste more ink, so try not to start the machine frequently.
2.Properly clean the print head
Most inkjet printing equipment will automatically clean the print head when it is turned on, and a button is set to clean the print head. If the automatic cleaning function of the equipment is invalid, the printing head can be cleaned manually. The print head should be cleaned manually according to the steps in the manual. For manual cleaning of the print head, a thin rubber tube can be sleeved at the front end of the medical syringe and filled with strictly filtered water for flushing. During flushing, carefully observe the spray hole with a magnifying glass. If there is sediment residue next to the spray hole, it can be removed with soft rubber products. The integrated print head of garment digital printing machine, which has been unused for a long time, blocks the spray hole because the ink dries up. It can be soaked in hot water and then cleaned.
3.Do not replace the cartridge immediately
We know that the digital printing equipment detects the amount of sublimation ink in the ink cartridge through the inductive sensor. As long as the sensor detects that the amount of ink in one color is less than the value set in the printer, it will prompt to replace the ink cartridge. At this time, we can remove the ink cartridge and reset the internal sensor of the printer, so as to determine the installation of a new ink cartridge.
4.Minimize cleaning times
During the use of the equipment, the ink-jet head is often blocked, which is caused by many reasons, such as the working environment of the machine, the quality of ink, the idle time of the machine, etc. since a large amount of ink is consumed every time the ink-jet head is cleaned, the times of cleaning the ink-jet head should be reduced as much as possible. Of course, when using the digital T-shirt printing machine, we should pay attention to using the heat transfer ink of the model specified by the machine manufacturer as much as possible.
