As high-precision equipment, Sublimation Transfer Printer requires exceptional care in daily operation, and ongoing maintenance is crucial to ensuring their long-term, stable operation. Regular cleaning, thorough inspections, and systematic maintenance not only help identify and resolve potential issues promptly, but also effectively extend the machine’s lifespan, improve production efficiency, and consistently ensure consistent print quality. Therefore, we recommend that users strictly adhere to maintenance specifications to ensure the long-term, efficient operation of the machine.

Environmental Requirements
- Ensure dust-proof indoors and avoid placing the machine in environments prone to smoke and dust. Keep the floor clean and free of dirt.
- Maintain a consistent temperature and humidity environment for the machine. Generally, the ideal temperature range is 18°C-30°C and the humidity range is 35%-65%.
- Do not place any objects, especially liquids, on the machine surface to prevent damage.
- Ensure the machine is placed stably and the material is loaded flat. Otherwise, deviations may occur when printing long images. 5. Do not place common household appliances near the device. Keep it away from strong magnetic and electric fields to avoid interference with device operation.
Grating Maintenance:
Regularly inspect the grating surface to ensure it is free of dust, stains, and other debris. Changes in the cleanliness and mounting position of the grating may interfere with the normal movement of the ink carriage, thereby affecting printing quality. Therefore, special attention should be paid.
Filter:
Regularly inspect the filter for blockage and clean it immediately if found. If severely clogged or ineffective after cleaning, replace it promptly to ensure proper operation of the device.
Sublimation printing ink cap:
As a key component that comes into direct contact with the printhead, the ink cap must be kept clean at all times to prevent residual contaminants from affecting printhead performance and print quality.
Scraper:
The ink stack cleaning unit must be kept clean at all times, and the scraper blade must be clean and undamaged. Stained or damaged scrapers will directly affect scraping efficiency, which in turn will negatively impact the printhead.
Ink Cartridges and Ink Drums:
Ink cartridges and waste ink drums must be cleaned regularly. After prolonged use, ink residue and clumps may form on the bottom of the printer, leading to poor ink flow. Regular cleaning can effectively prevent this problem and ensure smooth ink supply.
Voltage Stabilizer:
It is recommended that each device be equipped with a separate voltage stabilizer (for printers only, excluding drying equipment). The voltage stabilizer power must be at least 3000W to ensure stable printer power supply and avoid device malfunctions caused by voltage fluctuations.
Ink:
Always monitor the ink level in the ink cartridge to ensure sufficient ink to prevent damage or clogging of the printhead due to “running out” and extend the life of the printhead.
Print Platform:
Keep the print platform free of foreign matter to prevent damage to the printhead during sublimation printer ink printing, which could affect the normal operation of the device and the quality of the printed product.
Printhead:
Regularly inspect the printhead mirror and surrounding area for debris accumulation. Clean any debris immediately. To clean, move the carriage to a designated cleaning location and gently wipe any remaining ink around the printhead with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid to avoid affecting subsequent cleaning results. Ink sac: After the equipment has been running for an extended period, check the ink sac for looseness. If loose, tighten it immediately to prevent ink leakage or unstable ink supply. Transmission components: Regularly lubricate transmission components, including gear meshing (such as the gears on the rewinding and unwinding air shaft), guide rails, sliders, and the ink stack lifting mechanism.
In addition, it is recommended to apply a moderate amount of lubricant to the long belt of the transverse trolley motor to effectively reduce operating noise and improve equipment stability.

Circuit Inspection:
Regularly inspect the equipment’s power cord and socket for signs of aging or damage. If any problems are found, replace them immediately to avoid safety hazards such as leakage and short circuits.
Dryer:
Regularly inspect the dryer’s power circuit for aging and the integrity of the internal lamp. If the power supply is aging or the lamp is damaged, promptly replace it to ensure proper drying function and avoid safety risks.
Air Pump:
Regularly check the air pump’s air pressure to ensure it is within the normal range. If the air pressure is abnormal, promptly identify the cause and make adjustments to ensure the proper operation of related equipment functions (such as rewinding and unwinding).
