2. Everyone must check the lubricant in time.

When the trolley moves on the guide rail, the friction resistance will increase. This is because in the cold and dry winter, the environment will weaken the lubricating effect of the lubricant on the guide rail of the printer print head trolley.

3. Maintain the nozzle

If the roll-to-roll UV DTF printer is not used for a long time, the UV ink should be extracted. And use a special cleaning fluid to maintain the nozzle to keep the nozzle smooth. When the device finishes printing, it is best to add a layer of black cloth on the device at night to prevent light and dust from entering.

4. Before UV printing, do a white paper print test first.

This can be used to test the use of the print head to avoid problems when printing. If conditions permit, it is best to work in an air-conditioned environment and keep the room temperature between 22~25℃.

Therefore, it is recommended to increase the indoor temperature by 20-25℃ and the humidity to about 55-65. At the same time, pay attention to the cleaning of the lifting screw, guide rail, and screw. If it is stuck, a small amount of lubricating oil or grease can be injected.
