As a precision accessory, the Dye Sublimation Printhead needs to be well maintained. Once damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one immediately to prevent the printing process from being blocked. How to replace it? SUBLICOOL will explain it to you. A video explanation is provided at the bottom of the article!

Preparation:
Prepare a small screwdriver, a spare nozzle, and a soft cloth.
Step 1
Firstly, remove the ink sac, be careful not to let the ink drip of the sublimation textile printer onto the cable.
Step 2
Besides, remove the 3 screws of the i3200 printhead.
Step 3
Carefully take out the nozzle vertically and pull out the cable. At the same time, place the cable away from the ink and take out our replacement head. So, you need to remember to determine the order of the cable and pay attention to the amount. The cable is divided into upper left and lower left, upper right and lower right. Anyway, There will be writing and markings on the cardboard of the trolley board.
So, after seeing the position of the cable clearly, install the left side first, take out the upper left and lower left cables that have been found, align the interface of the cable with the interface of the nozzle, and enter vertically. The same applies to the lower left of the cable. Next, install the upper right and lower right of the cable. When installing, be sure to check whether the cable is clean and whether there is any ink contamination. After installation, put the nozzle back on the nozzle plate.

Step 4
Finally, After putting it back, press and shake it left and right to check whether the nozzle is level. After it is level, put the three screws back and insert the ink sac back into the nozzle.
