How to Solve Problem of Horizontal Stripes In DTF T-shirt Printing?

Why does the DTF T-shirt Printing print normally? But the printed content has blanks, horizontal stripes, severe color cast, etc. If the nozzle is blocked and the ink hole is clogged, the image may be broken. If multiple nozzles are blocked, the broken lines and stripes will become serious.

In addition to nozzle blockage, other problems can cause pet heat transfer printers to have broken lines and horizontal stripes. So, how can these problems be solved?

1. There are impurities in the pipeline.  You can use a syringe to extract impurities and air in the pipeline.

2. There are impurities in the ink sac. It is recommended to clean the ink sac pipeline.
3. There is a problem with the ink quality. Replace with better ink.
4. Environmental problems. If the temperature is too low, you can set the air conditioner to adjust it to an ambient temperature suitable for work.
5. The nozzle is in poor condition or the nozzle surface is dirty. It is recommended to clean the nozzle surface or replace the nozzle.
6. Then the scraper and ink stack are dirty. Just clean them.
7. Furthermore,There is air in the ink sac. So it is recommended to directly discharge the air in the ink sac.

Another question is how to solve the problem of uneven color in DTF printing?

In DTF T-shirt Printing, the problem of 4-head fast printing and u+neven color of printed images. But in fact, the most critical problem is that the mainboard control system causes the ink droplets to fail to spray to the correct position.
