Next, SUBLICOOL will share in this article: How to use DTF printers to create fluorescent color prints.

What is fluorescent color?

Fluorescent color is a special printing effect achieved by using special fluorescent inks on DTF printers.

This ink contains fluorescent agents, which can emit dazzling light under ultraviolet light, making the colors more eye-catching.

1. Design creation: First, use drawing software to design the work on the computer.
2. Debug equipment: Set up the DTF printer and load fluorescent ink. (Be sure to choose the right fluorescent ink, which is crucial to the printing effect)
3. Prepare the heat transfer film: Make sure the PET heat transfer film is clean and dust-free. Any small negligence in this process will directly affect the quality of the print.
4. Printing: Use a DTF printer to print the design pattern onto the PET heat transfer film.
5. Powdering and shaking: Generally, the hot melt powder is evenly distributed on the PET heat transfer film through a powder shaking machine or manual powdering to enhance the adhesion of the pattern during the transfer process
6. Curing and drying: The printed DTF transfer film is subjected to the powdering, shaking, drying and curing stages of the powder shaking machine to obtain the finished film.
7. Pattern transfer: Transfer the pattern from the heat transfer film to the substrate (such as a T-shirt), and then peel off the heat transfer film. At this point, you can get clothes or bags with fluorescent effects.
