As for the disadvantages, the dye sublimation printer uses temperature control. It can only print one primary color at a time, which means that every time you print a photo, you must input the photo paper three times. Therefore, in terms of speed, thermal sublimation printer can only be described as slow.

In the business world, black text output is the most important, but this is precisely the biggest weakness of thermal sublimation printers. It is black because it mixes solid colors of four colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). Very low purity. In addition, the thermal sublimation printer is very delicate, extremely sensitive to dust, and the temperature is particularly high during operation, especially during continuous printing.
