Wide Material Applicability
Roll To Roll UV Printing technology can be applied to virtually any material, including but not limited to:
Hard materials: glass, wood, metal, plastic, ceramic, acrylic, etc.
Soft materials: Although UV DTF technology is primarily used for hard materials, it can also be applied to some softer materials, such as PVC and plastic bags.

Efficient Operation Process
The UV DTF technology operation process is simple and efficient, consisting of the following steps:
- Design the design on a computer and convert it to a printable format using RIP software;
- Print the design onto a special transfer film using a UV DTF printer;
- Place the printed transfer film over the target material surface and apply pressure to ensure proper adhesion;
- Remove the transfer film to complete the design transfer.
Excellent UV DTF Print Quality
UV DTF technology delivers high-quality print results with the following features:
Vivid Colors: UV inks produce vibrant, saturated colors, ensuring vibrant colors.
Fine Details: UV DTF technology can capture intricate details, including fine lines, textures, and gradients. High Durability: UV ink forms a hard coating after curing, offering waterproof, scratch-resistant, and fade-resistant properties.
Applications of UV DTF Technology
Personalized Gift Customization: Suitable for birthday gifts, souvenirs, wedding favors, and holiday customizations (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.). Transferable Products: Aromatherapy bottles, mugs, keychains, coasters, lighters, and photo frames. Advantages: Cold transfer printing is suitable for all materials, resulting in high-definition, three-dimensional patterns and enhanced product value.
Useful for Custom-Shaped Containers: Surface decoration of complex, irregularly shaped objects that cannot be directly UV-printed. Transferable Products: Water bottles, thermoses, glasses, eggshells, metal cans, and plastic bottles. Advantages: Unrestricted printhead height. Cold transfer printing is possible. This technology solves the transfer challenges of curved and concave/convex surfaces.
Craft and decorative applications: Home decor, handicraft manufacturers. Transferable products: Acrylic sheets, wood, resin ornaments, mirrors, photo frames, lampshades. Advantages: Clear, fade-resistant patterns.
Packaging and labeling applications: Product labeling, logo decoration, and small-batch branded packaging. Transferable products: Cosmetic case shells, outer boxes, bottle labels, tote bags, instruction manual covers. Advantages: No die-cutting required, clean, crisp edges, and the ability to create embossed labels.
