Sublimation transfer is to use an inkjet printer equipped with sublimation transfer ink to print portraits, landscapes, text and other graphic characters on Heat Transfer Sublimation Paper, and then heat it to about 200℃. The sublimation ink on the Heat Transfer Sublimation Paper sublimates and penetrates into the substrate, so that the color image on the paper is vividly transferred to textiles, porcelain cups, porcelain plates and other materials.
The current sublimation paper mainly includes dye sublimation paper and adhesive sublimation paper.

How to better use premium sublimation paper for more efficient printing?
-
Use special sublimation transfer ink
Be sure to use sublimation transfer ink, that is, ink made of disperse dyes, to sublimate and dye the substrate at the transfer temperature. Good quality dye sublimation ink should not clog the nozzle, the color is bright and the stability is good.
-
Adjust the appropriate color density
Adjust the color density in the computer to avoid the situation where too much ink is not easy to dry. After the adjustment completing, the heat conduction effect needs checking.
-
Adjust the appropriate heat pressing temperature and time
The temperature range of heat exchange is about 180-230℃, and the time is about 10-30 seconds. Before the formal batch transfer, a small test should be done to determine the best process parameters.
-
The heat pressing surface must be close to the heat transfer
During heat transfer, the heat pressing surface, transfer paper, and substrate surface must be in close contact without gaps, otherwise the image and text on the transfer will be blurred.

-
Advantages of thermal sublimation transfer printing
Thermal sublimation transfer is colorful and rich, and the effect is comparable to printing. Sublimation transfer printing is to make the sublimation ink penetrate into the object at high temperature. And form a bright image after sublimation. Therefore, the heat transfer product is durable and the image will not fall off, crack and fade.
